3. Warranties

Both parties to this agreement warrant that they have the necessary licenses and
permits to enter into this Agreement as set forth below.

Customer, you warrant that you have a resale certificate and that you are
exempt from taxes for your purchase.
3.3
We will have no liability in connection with your breach of any warranty and
we will not be liable for any taxes, fees or duties from the IRS or other government agency.
2. Our
contract with you
3.4
Our contract. These terms and conditions (Terms) apply to the order you place and
our supply of Goods to you (Contract). No other terms are implied by trade,
custom, practice or course of dealing.
3.5
Entire agreement. The Contract constitutes the entire agreement between us in
relation to its subject matter. You acknowledge that you have not relied on any
statement, promise, representation, warranty or assurance not set out in
the Contract.
4. Placing an order and its acceptance
4.1
Placing your order. Follow the on-screen instructions to place an order. Each
order constitutes an offer by you to purchase the Goods specified in the order, in accordance
with these Terms.
4.2
Correction of input errors. Our order process allows you to check and correct any
errors before you submit your order to us. Please check your order carefully
before confirming it. You are responsible for ensuring that your order and any
specifications you submit are complete and accurate.
4.3
Confirmation of receipt of your order. After you place an order, you will receive
an email from us confirming that we have received it, but please note that
this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Our acceptance of your
order will take place as described in clause 3.4.
4.4
Acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order occurs when we send you an
email confirming your order, at which point the contract between you and us will be formed. The contract between you and us will only be formed
when we send you the confirmation email.
4.5 If we are unable to accept your order. If we are unable to supply the Products to you for
any reason, we will inform you by email and will not process your
order. If you have already paid for the Products, we will refund the full amount, including any delivery charges charged, as soon as possible.
5. Our Products
5.1
The images of the Products appearing on our website are for illustrative purposes only.
Although we have made every effort to display colours accurately, we cannot
guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflects the
colour of the Products.
5.2
We take the utmost care in the presentation and description, including the

possible information. However, some non-substantial errors may appear on the
